*New Home Builder membership, with dues to commence six months after receipt of the initiation fee; this offer may be acted on any time during the construction process of the new residence, offer to terminate when occupancy certificate has been received.
*Home and Condo Resale Buyer membership, dues to commence three months after paying the initiation fee; this offer is valid during the first six months following closing.
The club will also be working with local businesses by providing an incentive to those businesses that help us secure new members.
