Try the KGAC Membership Resale Program

• Kahler Glen  Athletic Club Charter and General members  may sell their memberships at any time for any price.  The current market price of a new membership is posted on the Purchase Membership page. 

• If you desire to sell your membership and are interested in participating in the KGAC Resale Asssitance Program simply:

• 1) Click on the  Resale Assistance Agreement below and complete the document.

• 2) Forward a non refundable check for $300.00 in care of  Mike Olmstead at the Kahler Glen Athletic Club  - 20625 , Haight Drive, Leavenworth, WA, 98826.

• Once your check is received you shall be entered into the Resale Assistance Program and any new prospective members seeking to join shall be forwarded to you directly.

• All membership resales, whether completed independently through the seller, or in conjunction with the resale assistance program require the completion of a Membership Transfer Agreement and any applicable transfer fees. The Transfer Agreement is available below

Kahler Glen Athletic Club Membership Resale Agreement

Any Charter or General member, who is current in the payment of all KGAC dues, fees, and charges, may transfer his or her membership by sale or gift to a person exclusive of a corporation, trust, or other artificial entity. If the purchase is by sale, it shall be subject to the approval of the Board of Directors of the KGAC, and shall not be valid until the new transferee completes the registration process and pays an administrative fee of $300.00. Until the transfer has been consummated as herein provided, the transferor shall remain liable for all KGAC dues and charges. A transfer by gift to a spouse, partner, son, or daughter, or other party, shall not be effective until the Board of Directors has approved the transferee for ownership. The transfer or must be current in the payment of all KGAC dues, transfer fees, and charges, and the new transferee must complete the registration process prior to approving the transfer.

Resale Requirements for Seller & Purchaser

The Seller must provide the following to receive KGAC Board resale authorization.

1.        Pay the fee for listing their membership in the Resale Program.

2.        Pay equity balance in full plus all applicable prorated dues & fees in advance of the transfer date.

3.        Sign and date the transfer agreement and provide payment of KGAC administrative transfer fee ($300.00)
